All individuals residing in the city shall post numbers on their homes, not less than four inches in height, in a location on their homes adjacent to the street and easily identifiable from the street. If a house is mis-addressed according to the rules set forth by 911 Emergency Service System, the owners will be notified by the city of their new address and they should mark their home as described above.

The owners of manufactured home parks will designate a name to any drive within their park and mark this drive with a proper street marking sign for the purpose of identification for the emergency services responding in the park. They will require the owners of manufactured homes within their parks to mark their homes with numbers as designated by the city in the same manner as given in section 4-701. It is also the responsibility of the park owner to keep the city informed of any change of a resident in any of the homes within the park. The listing of residents, and their telephone numbers, is required by the 911 Emergency Services System.
