A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 8 PERTAINING TO THE ASSESSMENT OF COURT COSTS FOR CASES HEARD IN THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE CITY OF BELLE PLAINE.

Section 1. The City of Belle Plaine, a city of the third class, by virtue of the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas hereby elects to repeal Charter Ordinance No. 8 pertaining to the assessment of court costs for cases heard in the Municipal Court of the City of Belle Plaine.
